1Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "125win" or "Platform" – refers to the website, services, and all content operating under the domain 125win.best.
• "Member" or "Player" – refers to an individual who has registered and holds an active account on 125win.
• "Account" – refers to the personal account opened by a Member to access 125win's services.
• "Account Balance" – refers to the amount of credit in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) available in a Member's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" – refers to any promotional credits, free funds, or other benefits granted by 125win to a Member.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement" – refers to the total wagering amount a Member must complete before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "Bet" – refers to any funds placed by a Member on a game, match, or event on the 125win platform.
• "MYR" or "RM" – refers to Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), the official currency used for all transactions on 125win.

Any reference to "we", "us", or "125win" in this document refers to the operator of the 125win.best platform. Any reference to "you" refers to the user or Member of this platform.

2Membership Eligibility

To register and use 125win's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• An individual who is legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• Not currently on an active self-exclusion list at 125win or any other regulated platform.
• Not an employee, contractor, partner, or immediate family member of any employee involved in the operations of 125win.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any third party.

By registering an account with 125win, you confirm that all information provided is true, accurate and current. You also acknowledge that you understand the risks associated with gambling and that you are participating of your own free will.

3Account Registration

Creating an account on 125win is free and open to all eligible individuals. During registration, you are required to provide the following information accurately:

• Full name as shown on your Malaysian identity card (MyKad)
• An active email address that belongs to you
• An active Malaysian mobile phone number
• A strong password (at least 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers)

Each individual is only permitted to open one (1) account at 125win. Opening multiple accounts using the same or different details is strictly prohibited. 125win employs advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts, including IP address tracking, device fingerprinting and behavioural pattern analysis.

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password secure. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 125win will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your own negligence.

125win reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawals. Documents that may be required include a copy of your ID card, a recent utility bill, and a screenshot of the e-wallet used for the deposit.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 125win are conducted in MYR. Below is the complete information on deposits and withdrawals:

All withdrawals are subject to a review process, which may take longer in certain cases — particularly for amounts exceeding RM 5,000 or when the system flags activity requiring further review. In such cases, 125win reserves the right to request additional documents for verification purposes.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

125win offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for members, including a Welcome Bonus, weekly cashback, poker rakeback, reward points, and special promotions tied to local Malaysian sporting events. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

• All bonuses at 125win are subject to specified rollover requirements (wagering requirements) before any withdrawal is permitted.
• The standard rollover for the Welcome Bonus is 15x the bonus amount received. Specific terms for each promotion are stated on the respective promotion page.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per eligible promotion, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash before the rollover requirements are met.
• If there is evidence that a Member has abused the bonus system (including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, placing opposing bets, or exploiting system vulnerabilities), 125win reserves the right to void the relevant bonuses and associated winnings.
• 125win reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to Members.

All 125win decisions regarding the denial or adjustment of bonuses are final. Members may contact the support team for any bonus-related enquiries within 30 days of the bonus being credited.

6Game Rules

All games offered by 125win – including slots, live casino, blackjack, poker, baccarat, lottery, and virtual sports – are subject to their respective game rules. Detailed rules for each game can be found within the relevant game interface. The following general rules apply to all games:

• All casino games on 125win use a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) system, independently audited by internationally recognised bodies. Every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are as displayed within each game. These limits may vary across different games and stake levels.
• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Players are responsible for reviewing their bet details prior to confirmation.

For poker, additional rules apply — including a strict prohibition on collusion between players, the use of software that provides an unfair advantage (bots, automated HUDs) and deliberate slow-rolling intended to disrupt other players.

7Sports Betting

The 125win Sports Betting section covers football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, Champions League, and more), badminton, e-sports (MPL Malaysia, Valorant), Virtual Sports, and over 30 other sports. The specific terms for Sports Betting are as follows:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid once confirmed by the 125win system and a bet reference number has been issued. A system failure during the confirmation process does not constitute a successfully placed bet.
• Market Closure: Betting markets close automatically once an event begins, except for In-Play betting formats that allow wagering while the event is in progress.
• Void Bet: A bet is considered void if an event is cancelled or postponed by more than 48 hours from the originally scheduled time. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Member's account balance.
• Odds: Odds displayed are in decimal format. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. In the event of a significant odds error (a discrepancy exceeding 10% of the correct value), 125win reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Member.
• Betting Limits: The minimum bet is RM 2, with maximum limits varying by sport and market. The maximum payout for a single bet is RM 100,000.

In the event of a dispute regarding Sports Betting results, 125win's decision — based on internal system records and official news sources — is final. Sports Betting complaints must be submitted within 72 hours of the official result announcement for the event in question.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following is a list of behaviours that are strictly prohibited on the 125win platform. Violation of any of the following may result in account suspension or closure without notice, and forfeiture of all associated balances and winnings:

• Registering more than one account on 125win under different names or identities
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes (collusion)
• Chip-dumping in poker – deliberately transferring chips to another player
• Abusing the bonus system with the intent to circumvent rollover requirements or exploit promotions
• Making a deposit using a payment method that does not belong to you
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or interfere with 125win's security systems
• Any activity related to money laundering
• Sharing account credentials or allowing others to access your account

125win cooperates fully with Malaysian authorities in cases involving criminal activity. Any information required by legitimate authorities will be provided in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

9Account Closure & Restrictions

125win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Member account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Confirmation that the Member is under 18 years of age
• Detection of identity fraud or falsified documents
• Self-exclusion request by the Member
• Legal compliance requirements or requests from authorised authorities
• Suspected money laundering activity

Members may also close their own accounts at any time by contacting the 125win support team. Any valid balance in the account will be returned to the Member once the review process is complete, typically within 5–10 business days.

10Privacy & Personal Data

11Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 125win shall not be liable for:

• Direct or indirect financial losses arising from the use of the platform
• Losses caused by service disruptions, technical failures, or factors beyond 125win's control
• Disputed betting outcomes that have been resolved in accordance with 125win's standard procedures
• Any losses resulting from unauthorised access to a Member's account due to the Member's own negligence

12Responsible Gaming

125win is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools to help Members manage their playing habits:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limit decreases take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limit: Set a net loss limit for a specified period. Once the limit is reached, the system will prevent you from continuing to bet until the period resets.
• Session Time Limit: Set a time limit for each gaming session. You will receive a notification as you approach the limit, and your session will end automatically once it is reached.
• Temporary Time-Out: Take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months. During this period, you will be unable to log in or place any bets.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: For more serious cases, you may apply for a permanent self-exclusion. Your account will be permanently closed and you will not be able to re-register using the same details.

13Amendments to Terms

• Email to the Member's registered email address

Continued use of the 125win platform after notification of any changes to the terms constitutes the Member's acceptance of and agreement to the updated terms. Members who do not agree with the changes have the right to close their account before the new terms take full effect.
